Upcoming MerriLUG meeting(s): putting the "Myth" back into "MythTV"

and got blocked at the server.

Sadly, I'm reporting that the upcoming MythTV meeting -- yes, the Thursday
after tomorrow (otherwise known as the 21st) is no longer about MythTV, due
to the utter and absolute absence of anyone to talk about it.

So, new topic: battle of the MTAs.

I'll be glad to blather about Postfix; if anyone has THEIR favorite MTA,
please (pretty please!) let me know, and I'll be glad to let you chat.  [This
is a subtle hint to you Qmail and Exim users, as well as you Sendmail
stalwarts.]  If anyone wants a projector brought, lemme know.  In addition, I
think that talking about mail-related stuff would be handy, such as:

o IMAP vs. POP vs. Exchange (Boo!  Hiss!)
o Favorite IMAP servers
o Virus and spam detection/elimination

I realize this is short notice, but I'd rather been hoping for a knight in
shining armor to discuss MythTV, something about which I have interest, but
no knowledge.  So, instead, you get my knowledge -- may the Force be with
you!

Speaking of which (neat segue!) it occurs to me that there is one "holiday"
upcoming that will "conflict" with a meeting: the May meeting on May 19th
coincides with the release date of Revenge of the Sith.  It's supposed to be
a chat about security, but would this perhaps be a time for GNHLUG to show
its inner Sith, and instead have the "meeting" at one of the local theaters?

Lest we forget, this e-mail is primarily about the upcoming meeting -- please
do let me know if you'd like to talk about MTAs, etc., but I also want to
know people's feelings re: a movie outing (perhaps with dinner beforehand?).
