I don't actually know anything about it, but the FCC doesn't require 
cable companies to share access to their cable plants, so it's probably 
a branding/co-marketing thing.  So I'd bet a donut that it's the same 
thing as Comcast if you have Comcast in your neighborhood.  Looks like 
$46/mo from their site - we're paying $60 up here in Adelphia country.

But Earthlink should have more incentive to compete in a 'naked cable 
modem' world than the guys who sell TV programming - I think part of my 
$60 bill is a tax for not buying video service.
