Hmmm - is this just a deficiency of hosting with GoDaddy?

Yeah - truth be told, the only time I've needed any support was when I
transferred the domain, and they were perfectly helpful.  I used to host
with register.com and found their service to be much worse.  I tended to
need support more often because they kept screwing up the records, and
weren't helpful at all when I did need them.

I guess trying to get this resolved may cause me to work with the
support folks at GoDaddy again - we'll see how that goes.  8)

How are their prices?  I'm assuming they have a web control panel for
domains like everybody else?  Is there anything else about them that
makes them stand out specifically?

Yikes - that sucks.  Let me guess ... AOL, Comcast, etc?
