Aren't you rejecting all mail here that isn't from mynetworks or 
pop-before-smtp?  I have reject_unauth_destination instead of reject in 
mine.

Do you have an 'anything' line before that?

e.g.:

mcgonigle.us            anything
@mcgonigle.us			bill

I'm assuming you're not doing variable expansion in some new version of 
postfix, but are trying to obfuscate the real hostnames from us 
(example.com can sometimes make for cleaner examples).
