Voip teleophony - Anyone know Packet-8 or others?

Broadvoice does this too.. I love this feature.

So when somebody calls my home line, it also rings my cell phone, and my 
wive's cell phone.

You can also set it so that if nobody answers after two rings (or 
however many you want) at home it then starts to ring your cell.

For tracking and features you can't beat VoIP. Real time logs of calls 
in and out... It's just great.

One question about this that somebody asked, and I have yet to test it 
myself..

If somebody on verizon wireless (what I have for my cell) calls my home 
number, and I answer with my cell, does that count as a verizion to 
verizion "in" call, and not eat up our mins?
