Change of mailing list name

Given agreement by the major mailing list managers and after *much*
discussion on the mailing list, I have *removed* discuss at gnhlug.org. If
it seems to still exist, then please check your system *before* posting
to the list.

The official address (and probably only one that now works) is
gnhlug-discuss at mail.gnhlug.org - this is the address that has always
worked in the past. I know: its long, its ugly, but it is technically
accurate.

Note that to maintain consistency, the other "management" addresses like
discuss-admin at ..., discuss-owner at ..., discuss-request at ..., etc. have
been removed too. Of course, use gnhlug-discuss-admin at ...,
gnhlug-discuss-request at ..., ... if you utilize these features.
