I set up a Linode.com virtual server (UML - User-mode Linux) to run a CVS 
server and a web application and a few other things for the company I work 
for.  You have a choice of several distributions; I'm using CentOS 3.1 with 
MySQL 4.0.21.  I've been very happy with the support from Linode.
