Time shifting radio (specifically NPR)

This is all fine and good, but let me also add that the reson I want to do it via the internet feed is 
because I want to do it from my server at work.

Working in a data center on the 3rd floor of a concrete building filled with electronic equipment, you 
can imagine, radio reception is just not there.

That d-link thing is cool and all, but it's not going to work for me.
