I don't have any recommendations for you, but the following bits of
information may be useful to you:
This is called "dynamic DNS update" (or "DDNS update", or "dynamic DNS",
etc.). Your nameservers have to support it.
The company you use for domain name registration (e.g., VeriSlime/Network
Delusions, Register.com, DomainMonger, etc.) does have to have anything to
do with DNS hosting. So if you're using Acme DNS Registration and don't
want to switch, you can still use a third-party for nameserver hosting.
