New GNHLUG Chair

I agree with this.. I've never really thought about GNHLUG as much of an
organization rather then a list of linux geeks that sometimes have
meetings to talk about geeky things.

Not that is a bad thing, just not something that I would consider an
"organization" that needed a chair.
