   In the space of a year...

- The Red Sox won the World Series
- A former Nazi-supporter became the Pope
- The identity of "Deep Throat" was revealed
- Microsoft announced a major platform based on the PowerPC
- Apple announced it was switching to Intel
- Debian released an up-to-date distribution

   I'm pretty sure this is a sign of the coming Apocalypse.  Repent, for the 
end is near!
