Sendmail address resolution problem

My guess is he has a dynamic IP address on RCN and it has changed
recently. Sendmail is probably delivering to an old IP address.

Check that resolve.conf on the Sendmail box is pointing to the same name
server you used in your testing (I'm guessing its different). If
Sendmail is using a local name server, restart it to clear the cache of
the old entry. That should take care of the problem.
