linux jobs?

Put in a buzzword/keyword section.  You know Unix.  Monster/the HR
dept doesn't know that means Linux or Solaris or HP-UX or BSD too so
put it in.

Search for Linux or Unix or Solaris, etc.  As above.  When they put
the descriptions up, they don't generalize.  They're looking for ways
to limit the number of resumes that are not "qualified".
