Errr, you just suck the memo off the palm with the pilot-link tools
into a local file. At least that's what I've been doing for the past
10 years :)
I've always used pilot-xfer to just create backups, but it appears you
could use read-memos as well, or just memos. memos appears to
transform the MemoDB.pdb into an mbox-style file, where the subject of
each memo is the category.
As for OOo conduits, what exactly would you sync with? Last I
checked, OOo doesn't have a mail client/addressbook or calendar app to
sync with, nor a todo list, or memopad app. Effectively, OOo is like
MS Office, but without Outlook, and it's Outlook which everyone wants
to sync with.
