One .sig which is particularly sneaky (not going to say who invented it ;)
is:
              [] []
  ^^ .:[]:_ ^^ ,:[]:. ^^
          .: :[]: :-. ^^ ,-: :[]: :.
      .: : : :[]: : : : :-._ _,-: : : : :[]: : : :.
  _..: : : : :[]: : : : : : :-._________.-: : : : : : :[]: : : : :-._

  !!!!!!!!!!!![]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  ^^^^^^^^^^^^[]^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^[]^^^^^^^^^^^^^
              [] []
              [] []

^ notice the ~ escape at the beginning of that line. When piped
through /bin/mail (say, to mail someone else the cool sig you just
found), mail will interperet ~! as a shell escape and run everything
up to the "#" as a shell command.... Oh, what surprises await!!
