I did have a version of Doze corrupt my Linux partition once. But that
was a while ago. Today, they seem to coexist fine. The only time I'd
worry is if you play around with disk partitioning tools on the Windows
side that may not recognize Linux partions when they see it.

In fact, I don't trust partitioning tools, period. Too paranoid, I
guess. I'd much rather just repartition and reinstall the OSes. Cleaner
that way. And I *know* what to expect.

And anyone who is compelled to still run win9x today has my sympathies.
You'd probably be better off running that under a Windows emulator under
Linux. At least you don't have to worry about your partitions anymore,
and when win9x goes nusto, just restore from a backup copy of the disk
image!

I think we all here know just how 'reliable' Doze of any stripe can be.
A good test for Doze reliability is the experession on Bill Gate's face
when you suggest to him that his lifesupport system should be run on
*any* Doze OS.

Gives new meaning to the phrase "blue screen of death!" And blue his
complexion would be...
