Nix and Doze co-existance (was: recovering FC3 from a bad superblock)

Are you guys just playing games on Windows?  I've been running Windows 
in a nice safe VMWare jail for about 6 years and haven't looked back.   
I tried the dual-boot thing for a little while and quickly realized I 
couldn't run linux while Windows was running that way, so it was No 
Good (tm).

Fullscreen VMWare is plenty fast enough for everything but games.  And 
that's what my buddy's PlayStation 2 is for (friends don't let friends 
play Champions of Norath).
