That has the full description and pics.. but basically I went to install 
a 4 port video card for a zoneminder install I'm doing.. and the PCI 
-slots- are backwards.

I can only install the card with the ports on the inside. Needless to 
say, this isn't going to work.

It's this way both with and without the riser card, using either slot.

It's a standard Dell 1U box, older dual PIII 866.
