My point being we shouldn't be thinking like that.  It's a barrier to 
adoption.  A good Windows box can be a good Linux box if we buy the 
right one.  That's the tricky part.

So they can have 1/3 FTE of IT support who can slap down a new box, 
PXE-boot it and call Dell to come deal with the failed hardware.
