Web Hosting

Hi all,
    I'm looking for a hosting service( cheap) which supports JSP's and
IMAPS.  Does anyone have any recomendations?  I've looked at Lunarpages, dailyrazer, and aplusnet

This is for a personal experimentation site but also to host my personal
emails( backups ).  I have a box on my local network which does this but
I want one on the public net that I don't have to manage and is visible
to others so that If I want to do demos there isn't an issue about access.
