Yep.

Disabling one one these monsters can be a trick in and of itself. I once had 
trouble removing Plesk or some other control panel overlord that kept 
kicking back "scriplet" failures. I finally had to look up the RPM option to 
ignore scriplets. Not something I deal with everyday.
