Request for comments/edit: handout for Hosstraders

I've put the original text I used to print the 200 handouts we passed  
out at Hosstraders in the spring. I'm considering updating the text  
and would welcome suggestions. If anyone can contribute time and  
effort to making the document nicer looking, in OpenOffice.org or  
Scribus, perhaps, the effort would be appreciated.
