Co-op co-lo server?

I am interested under the following conditions:

I'm planning on going for 1U of space in the half-rack Brian Karas was
talking about. (I've ordered parts, they should arrive in a week or
so.) I will be installing Debian on it. I am willing to have one or
two other guys using the server, provided they're polite and
contribute a little to help pay for it. In my experience, having more
than 2 or 3 users with full root access is a bad idea, even for an
experimental box (I've done this before, obviously.) Having LESS than
two users with root access also seems to not work out so well, e.g.
vacations etc. it's nice to have two guys who can fix stuff.

The following will be installed by default:
apache/mysql/php/perl/screen/gpw/ssh/lots of other goodies.

MySQL will probably not be from apt beyond the first few weeks, as the
stock build is comparatively inefficient. Apache may also end up as a
custom build for similar reasons.

I am inclined to use Debian unstable - I have found it to be excellent
provided that any apt upgrades that do "interesting" things (e.g.
major library changes, upgrades of critical packages) are done on a
noncritical system first and tested. "stable" is better but for
"interesting" projects the cutting-edge stuff is quite useful.
