looking for network suport in Exeter area

Hi,

I offered to help a friend find a networking company/consultant for a small
business in the Exeter area. They're getting quotes for a Microsoft based
solution, and when I expressed concern and recommended going open source,
the response was, "well, we dont have the expertise in house to maintain it,
who can I call to get it setup and keep it running?"

Requirements are simply a central file server to support 6 XP based
workstations/laptops, internet with static IP, firewall, wireless, remote
access, irc, perhaps LAMP for website staging (only). Doesn't need Exchange
or other MS dependent apps, that I know of.
