Additional on Education and FOSS

Originally I was going to propose an alternative which is a "Educator's
Breakfast" where we came in and talked about FOSS and its advantages.  The
problem with that approach is that it does not capture the energy that
I found at Gould last year.

However what we could do is expand the program a little (with Dave and
Matt's approval, of course) to have a "financial" lecture, talking about
the money saved and using items like the Norway report as examples.  Probably
some of the teachers might be interested in this too, but it would not
replace anything currently in the schedule, just be another parallel session.

That way the "suits" could start off (or end up) with the financial ammunition
that they need, but still actually see the software running, feel the
excitement of the teachers there, and come away with the idea that this is
something "good".
