Shared colo environment

I brought this up a while back and there seemed to be some good  
interest.

I've finally gotten everything in place and have a facility with  
rackspace, bandwidth, etc.  In fact, a couple of GNHLUG members have  
already moved in.

Here is a page on my server with the full info and a couple of  
different options:

GNHLUG members get $10/mo off the prices on that page.

I'm open to any comments, suggestions, etc. that anyone has.   
Hopefully this option will allow a few people who always wanted to  
have their own dedicated server to have an affordable option.
