From Texas to New Hampshire

Hello, my name is Ross and I come to you from Austin, Texas.  I found your group and I would like to participate.  I have a couple questions to throw out there, from someone interested in moving to and working in New Hampshire.  I'm thinking (strongly) about moving my family to New Hampshire.  I've been researching the state for some time and I am very impressed.  My wife is originally from Connecticut, and wants to move back east after a short stint in Arizona and Texas.  I'm originally from Michigan, although now in Austin, Texas.  

Regarding my background, I have a little over six years experience in enterprise Unix/Linux support.  What do you feel is the best area overall for IT employment in NH?  Secondly, where do you recommend a person move in NH who is looking for a modest cost of living?  It's not dirt cheap in Austin (anymore), however we can live comfortably on a 60K-70K salary here.

I'm looking forward to hearing from anyone who is interested in responding.  I also look forward to helping however I can.  I can't attend any meetings, however I'd like to be involved with your group via mailing the lists if there aren't any objections.
