  I think the *point* was not the use of recycled paper for toppers,
but that they were treating customer data so carelessly.  That's a
problem, and a huge image issue.

  The fact that the recycled paper ended up as toppers is incidental
and really doesn't have much to do with it.  It wouldn't matter if
said paper got recycled as toppers, ad copy drafts, or paper towels in
the rest room.
