They are most definitely not, and we all know Greg has at least as
much of a clue as any of the rest of us :)

I'm chalking it up to Greg being thorough.  My comments were more that
I see this in general, where it probably is a result of the scenari
you describe.  And, as someone else pointed out, knowing the latest,
greatest version does not imply you know or understand the behavior or
idiosyncrasies of prevoius releases, which may be required...
