Don't forget The Linux Documentation Project (LDP). http://www.tldp.org
While far from perfect and frequently somewhat out-of-date, they do
have a number of well-written "guides" that serve as introductions to
things. (Aside from the more well-known HOWTO collection.) Apropos
titles include:
- The Linux Dictionary
- Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
- Bash Guide for Beginners
- Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide
