  Microsoft doesn't have customers.  They simply have resources they
haven't mined yet.  I'm dead serious on this one.  I can't think of
any entity Microsoft has had a long-term relationship with, who they
haven't tried to stab in the back at least once.  That includes
end-user customers, resellers, Microsoft certified people, developers,
business partners, technology partners, etc.  It's like looking at the
trail of a psychotic serial killer.
