Well, I was trying to *do* something about the present instance, by

That's a good point. I sub'ed soon after it was created, but
conversation quickly died out. The list home page used to be
http://mailman.puissante.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-cafe
but that comes up with a "No such list" error now. Apparently, it has
died. Perhaps it could be resurrected?
