It's important not just to have a static IP that is outside of the dynamic IP 
blacklists, but that you also have the ability to have reverse DNS lookups 
for that IP.  It doesn't usually matter if the reverse DNS lookup matches the 
forward lookup, but that is becoming a more common check too.
