  To get to 26 from 25: 25 shows "x19".  That is a representation of
25, in a format that is familiar to most programmers.  26 is just one
more.  It's all lower-case.

  To get to 27 from 26: Look at the HTML source for 26.  There's
something in there that isn't in any of the other HTML files leading
up to 26.

  Hint: Don't forget to add 1 to 26.

  Hint: This web server in question rejects any URL with a pound-sign in it.
