Things to try:

1:  Type:  cancel -a
2:  Type:  lprm  (perhaps a few times)
3:  poweroff/poweron your hardware print server if you have one.

If these don't work, you might want to shut off your printer and tell
us about your system (hardware, OS) and possibly send us the output of
the "lpstat" command.
