I know a long time ago there was an issue with different distros using
a different dump/restore or something like that.  Oh, no, wait, I
think it was mt.  Debian actually used a package created from 2
different sources and combined them or something.  I vaguely remember
Ben looking into this and reporting back that it was a lost cause or
something :)
