The list there is huge.  Jonathon Linowes (from the panel), as a
developer of web sites, liked Xaraya.  I just received an email that the
Fedora site is adopting Plone.  

(I know AARP is/was using Plone and looked at buying a commercial CMS,
but suffered from sticker shock.  I do not know what ultimately
happened.)
