Since "SVT: Trade show edition" kicked off this thread, I will be happy to give
this one first.
Then if people like that (or even if they don't) I can offer "SVT: Why vendors
do the weird and counter-intuitive things they do." You might want to save
this for a quarterly meeting though, as it really *is* educational. It really
does explain a lot of things, and after the talk you may hate your vendor just
a little less than you do right now. Naahhhh, but at least you won't feel
you need to bang your head (or their head) against the wall as much as you
do at this time.
After that, we can settle back for the third in the series, maybe for the
Christmas session: "Sure Sally, you can have shared libraries for Christmas"
