Educational Linux distros?

There is the k12ltsp distro which works very well, comes w/a ton of edu
stuff.

Its specifically designed to be a thin client server distro but it works
quite well as a desktop, and you can add thin clients any time you have
a spare old box with a pxe-boot NIC in it happen by.
