Changing default home

Ah.... That may have been it... It's been a while (about 2 years) since I was faced with this, so that could have been what I was doing. Unfortunately, a chroot jail won't work in this environment.
So, let me re-phrase that... Can you change the default home directory to something other then / ? :-)
