I should have said unregistered copyright. But (as I said to you via 
aim), the person that designed it has since passed, so the copyright 
would go to his wife, and she said I could use it.
This is all just blabber anyway, I no longer use the logo on my site, 
and the district is planning on getting a new one. Everybody's best 
guess is they can't prove the hold the copyright to it in court.
I also had a verbal ok from two of the three commissioners to use it, I 
figured if it ever came to a vote then I would be okay anyway.
