Tell that to Rosa Parks.

The Law can be and usually is overly restrictive and very blunt. Can we even
get through an average day without breaking the law somewhere? I doubt it.

I follow the principle of doing whatever I want as long as I am not doing
harm to anyone. If I do wind up accidentally harming someone, then I will
provide redress. If a law makes sense, I'll follow it. If not, I'll
"ignore" it.

Not that I go out of my way to "break the law" -- I don't, and that would be
too costly. I just live my life as I see fit. If I am not hurting anyone,
then I should be free to do.

Of course, there will be sharp disagreement here on this, but such as it is.
