Linus with Live Free or Die plate (photo)

This news story is somewhat bizarre, but on the page there's a picture 
of Linus holding one of the Compaq Live Free or Die NH LINUX license 
plates:

I strings'ed the JPEG and there are no Exif tags, so I'm not sure who 
owns copyright on it other than it's on the BBC site.  No Google Images 
results for 'linus linux license plate'.  Bruce gets no credit either. 
:(  Sure would be apropos for our website.
