Why must Comcast's DNS suck?

/me is really looking forward to that RFC they're putting together for
Internet-over-Internet encapsulation.  I think it'll be a good
workaround of braindead ISPs.

Of course, after a while they'd probably catch onto that too and we'd
have to start using Virtual Private Internets.
