New hard disk

Hey list,

I wanted to know if anyone was aware of a good howto for the following 
situation. I currently have an 80 GB HDD installed in my system with a dual 
boot of Kubuntu/Windows XP (still like the games). I just purchased a 250 GB 
HDD that I want to install. I'd like to move /home directory to the new disk, 
and then expand the windows partition to take up the newly free space. I 
think that I can resize the windows partition using partition magic. I am 
just wondering what else I need to consider.
