Co-lo in the Boston/Cambridge area?

I've toured Boston Datacenters in Charlestown and it's a nice facility. I'm
also using a dedicated webhoster that has their gear in BDC.

If you don't need "right in Boston", I've also had a good experience at my
last job with Navisite in Andover. They're on Minuteman Road, just off the
River Road exit of I-93.
