as Hans would do. And with Hans on ice for murder 1, the real perp must be 
laughing his fool head off. 

Mere speculation? Yep. Guilty as charged. :-) But I deem it the most likely. 
But seeing how CA cops handled the OJ case, they will probably bundle this 
too. 

Now for the real nasty: The true perp knowing the circumstance, having any 
brains, could probably make it look as though Hans did it. But now I am 
truly going off into the realms of wild-ass speculation.
