Again, I must ask: Who cares? The whole point of Free/Open source
software is choice. People should be allowed to use what *they* want.
Your reasoning seems to be that we should be banding together to force
them to see that *our* choice is clearly better and make them use what
we use. Most of us don't care what anyone else uses.

Where are these battles you speak of? Who's fighting? You seem to
think there's something to win or lose here. The only thing to win or
lose is choice and freedom, and if you lose that, then it's actually
by your own choice.
