Not to beat a dead horse or anything :-)

MLS/CMW is a secure produce (rated B1 I believe) that maintains the
"security level" of things like cut-and-paste regions, overlapping
windows, ... and prevents secure data from getting into less-secure
environments.

It is an expensive product though, and now that the cold-war is over, I
don't think anyone can afford it. I'm not sure its even being produced
any more.
