I got the impression from Barrie's talk that Joomla 1.5 is now a 
pragmatic release - what was going to be 2.0 was too idealistic to ship 
in the short-term.

He was talking about a 1 year schedule between 1.0 and 1.5 and 1.0 was 
out last September, so as Ted said, RSN.
